All,
Great time at RC Park doing some winter wheeling. Ran green trails and some
low blues, but all the vehicles handled handled very well. Some minor
accidental carnage (look twice before backing up). Saw lots of other
interesting rigs including the Philly Exterra club that showed the other
side of SUV use.
Highly encourage everyone to make it out next round. There's trails for ALL
LEVELS of build.
Watch for more details, pics, and videos. Better yet, come to the first
2010 meeting to hear about it!
Happy New Wheeling Year,
D. Potter

X2, had a great time. Thanks to Dan for starting the database even though he and the family couldn't make it, to Ed for leading, and to Dustin, Mike, and Paul for braving the weather and making it happen. Also have to give credit to Ed, Dustin, and Paul for camping Friday night, it was -insert profane adjective here- COLD!
The park was fantastic, and to second what Dustin said, there are trails for all levels, it's worth the trip.
I created a new photo album on the yahoo group site, "rausch creek new years run 2010", check out some pics.
Happy New Year,
Chip
I too had a great time, Thanks to Ed for showing us the lay of the land.
How can I up load my movies to the web site?
Thanks
Mike

Thanks to all for some great winter wheeling! It was my first time to Rausch Creek and I was very impressed. Lots of great trails, made all the better by a nice layer of snow. Thanks to Ed and Mike leading us through the woods - enjoyed meeting everyone and looking forward to getting back up there in the future.
The real "white knuckle" driving came on the drive home - Dustin and I were fighting some pretty fierce cross winds most of the way. The impromptu rear window held up fine though...
